Sushi Plus in Montreal

Wouldn't recommend for an all you can eat sushi. They give you very very big portions purposely so you can be full quicker and they make even small rolls very big and add alot of extra rice once again so you can be full quickly. Very disappointed and as well sushi and food quality is not very good over here.

Love this place. I am currently sitting in it waiting for my miso soup. Can't help writing a 5 star review as I anticipate its delicious goodness flowing through my taste buds. Very diverse menu and good food

Delicious and many choices. Also, many choices for non-lovers of sushi. I recommend this place.

The service depends how many people is in the restaurant. If you see too many, order as fast as possible and many plates. Hopefully they will arrive faster. The food was ok.

kitchen food was okay, alot of fat/ hard pieces in chicken. soup was not good. couldn't finish most types of sushi, not sure if it was bad rice/fish/avocado, but it was hard to keep down. Was the first sushi place I was willing to pay for leftover pieces because I couldn't get swallow some pieces. I spent 25min trying to get attention for water and he only filled up my boyfriends glass and not mine. Another 15min to ask for bill. there was a lady bug on the spout of the soya sauce so I couldn't take anymore in fear that it would land in my dish. Was here once before about 4 years ago and I remember not being that impressed, and after going again, gotta say I will never go again and it'll be a long time before I eat sushi again!

Staff was friendly but quite possibly the most bland, mediocre sushi I've ever eaten. All their rolls are either tuna, salmon or shrimp and filled mostly with cheap cucumber and soggy tempura. We tried six different rolls and they all tasted exactly the same. With so many all you can eat sushi places around, (many of which I've been to and enjoyed) I definitely would not recommend this one.

Decent, food takes a bit long to come sometimes but otherwise it's good food. Lunch menu should be all available. They have certain items not available for lunch menu, in my opinion they shouldn't limit the items, 20$ per person during lunch is still decent amount of money. Places like Sota KBBQ offer all items during lunch hours when and offer cheaper price as well

Nice sushi and service. Go for the all you can eat menu. If you don't know what to eat this is the place. The menu is in a tablet device. There is a picture for every meal. You don't need to ask anyone. Just select what you want and send the order by the tablet. The price and meals varies between the lunch and dinner. If you want the complete experience you should go in the evening. If you go during the lunch time, you will not be disappointed as well.

Ordered à la carte, but were served 'all you can eat'. Quality was basic, price was gourmet. Service was almost absent: poor communication and dishes were just dropped on the table.

A nice place to enjoy sushi especially in an all you can eat style. Decor needs some work, environment as well but great staff.

I went with some colleagues on a weekday lunch. We were 20 people. We ordered sushi and some hot dishes. The food came quickly and it was good. The service was acceptable . the decor was pretty nice and the price was surprisingly cheap. The trick for a larger group was to order in advance. The last time we went we did not pre_order and the service was dreadful

It is a great sushi restaurant all you can eat. I really recommend it. You choose you food using a tablet, all options have a foto, some options there is a description, very easy to see. They have sashimi among their selection. Even the dessert (ice-cream and banana) you are free to choose as many as you can. Delicious food.

I cant believe it wasnt packed! Hello?! it's open again and just as amazing, if not, even better!!! Very safe environment already, even safer since covid, I mean its sushi so safety is always priority. Best service as always. I didnt want to trouble anyone for additional sauce like spicy mayonnaise, but my waiter was so good he even asked. Yes, they are back, so get back there ASAP!!

Nicest all you can eat sushi place around. They don't really enforce the leftovers on the plate. The dinner menu is so vast and varied and worth the price paid. If you're not up to sushi you can get quite a lot of other dishes and also all you can eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus for students, they offer a 10% rebate.

The most TERRIBLE sushi place I’ve ever been to!!!Yes the service was quick, but we received re-heated food! The whole order came very oily and not even hot enough. Some items were hard to the extent that makes them unchewable.The staff as well was not very welcoming, actually the first lady we encountered was extremely rude!! Others were just professionally neutral.Also, the working hours on Google Maps are misleading, they close from 3-5 and this is not mentioned here, so if you went at 4 PM like we did, you’ll have to keep wandering around till it strikes 5!!

We went there for lunch. It is perfect they have salmon sashimi, but other that that there are not many great options, food was ok.

Very fast service. Ipad/tablet ordering system which is nice. Sushi was fresh and well made. Various sides were good. Only thing I didn't like was their springrolls and that a few key items like seaweed salad are not included on their lunch all you can eat menu.

The staff is very nice but the food is subpar. The chicken in their dishes isn't cleaned up, so you might take a bite of fat instead of chicken meat. Sushi that was meant to be warm was cold and the crispy sushi had gone soggy from sitting out too long. Would not come here again, sadly

Went here for lunch on a Wednesday with a party of four. There isn't as much selection as during the evening but everything was fresh and delicious. Very affordable too!

Discovered this place through a friend! Great and unique sushi. Plus the sashimi during lunch is incredible. The tablets make service run smooth. My favourite lunch spot right now. Try the Alaska roll.

Best sushi experience I've had yet! Service was speedy fast received order in less then five minutes. The waiters were very nice and accommodating and the price is fair. Taste wise the best sushi I've eaten! Definitely will go back:)

Ok for buffet. Helpful staff. Convenient ordering on tablet so you can see pictures of the food and don't need to chase waiter to submit. I've been there a few times. This time went with large group and more people than were expected showed up, the staff was very accommodating and helped find space.

There are interesting items, yes. But, they're all in the dinner menu where you have to pay more. That makes the base price very unattractive, based on my experience, anywhere else could offer better better value.

The lunch Service is the worst ever!!! It took them 1hour 5mins, to get me 4 pcs of shrimp tempura! 45 mins for a salad! They take too long!!! As if they are forcing you to only come for dinner not lunch! VERY UNSATISFYING SERVICE.

The sushi are pretty tasty, but you get filled easily with maki sushi rolls. Don't order too much of that. It might not be the freshest but the sashimis are pretty good too. The tablet is really simple to use and you don't need to call a waiter, unless there is a order missing. The other dishes are decent. By using Skip the dishes, the delivery is quite fast. The timer is pretty accurate.

Every time I want Sushi I go here. Fast and friendly service. I love it here.

Nice atmosphere, free parking available behind establishment. All you can eat great place for groups and families. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it

Not good experience! When we make the order, 1. There does show how many pieces for each order! Order Too Much! 2 Menu pad orders for you automatically, I did not check clearly till come to the table, we all get shocked!!! 3 the waiter does not help to stop the over order!!! The food is delicious or not, we do not know, all our minds focus on how to eat ALL the food on the table!!! No matter what, happy ending, we just pay for one more person’s bill instead go to hospital:) Not good experience! Not Recommand to go for family and business!

Would not recommend. I ordered throw Doordash and had to throw it out. The snapper that came in my tray was inedible, it was so chewy I had to spit it out. The rice was old and dry, I only managed to eat 1 piece of sushi before I threw it out. Unfortunately with it being delivery I can't even send it back to the kitchen. Horrible, I would never recommend for anyone to get food from this place

Went there for an anniversary celebration. Food was sometimes cold but service was excellent for an All you can eat! Plus, you can bring your own wine

Great sushi place. All you can eat is fantastic.

Service was SOOOOOO slow, portions were too big(normally I wouldn't complain about this but it's an all you can eat and it's hard to gage how much to order.) On the plus side when the food did come it was delicious and the owner charged us student pricing to say sorry for the long wait. (45min to receive our first order!)

I went there for lunch. The food is really bland especially the fried ones. I couldn't manage to eat more than a couple of pieces of every pice of meal due to the lack of flavors. Maybe the supper options are betterOn the other hand, the atmosphere is nice. I like that you order with a tablet. Also the service was really fast. Too fast. Maybe the food was already there when we ordered

never had such bad experience in sushi bar.... cancelled the order after received few first sets. could not even finish them - the look so bad, the taste is so horrible .... at the end paid 20$ for 3 sets of 4 that even didnt finish. do not recommend. waste of money and time

i love both locations for this restaurant!! both have very good quality food with great friendly and welcoming staff!!! i ordered once home and it came out super fresh and tasty, even though it was on a very hot summer day it was kept cool along the way. There was no delays in the delivery. I find they have good prices and good combo deals for delivery orders as well!

One of my friends recommended this place but it wasn't what I expected. We went for all you can eat menu. The food was not fresh and most of my favourite options like dragon rolls, california rolls, and beef teriyaki were not available for the lunch menu which was weird! The price is cheap and they also have a promotion for students. Overally, I'm not going back again.
